Man charged over Carlow cannabis haul

A Welsh man with an address in Carlow was charged with trafficking drugs with an estimated street value of €5.9m.

The 41-year-old appeared at a special sitting of Enniscorthy District Court last night, in connection with the seizure of drugs at Rosslare Port on Thursday night.
