Human rights groups in the North have urged Tony Blair to stick to his commitments on inquiries into three controversial murders.

The call comes amid concerns that the Northern Ireland Office will not keep the families of loyalist Billy Wright, Portadown Catholic Robert Hamill and solicitor Rosemary Nelson briefed of the inquiries into their murders.

Mrs Nelson's family has threatened to support for the inquiry into her death if the British government ignores their views.
