Iarnród anger at damages decision

Iarnród Eireann has strongly criticised a decision by the social welfare tribunal to award damages to train drivers following an industrial dispute.

The tribunal found the 10-week industrial action in 2002 was an unreasonable lockout by the company, and the workers lost wages as a result.
