The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development has urged the Government to make significant improvements in its policies towards childcare and childhood education.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development has urged the Government to make significant improvements in its policies towards childcare and childhood education.

In a report published today, the organisation said the Government should extend parental leave to one year, increase the supply of childcare facilities and subsidise childcare costs for low and middle-income families.
