The Economic and Social Research Institute has predicted strong economic growth for next year in its latest quarter economic bulletin.

The ESRI says it expected GDP to increase by 5.2% this year and by 5.4% in 2005. It also predicted that Ireland’s inflation rate would remain relatively low at 2.2% this year and 2.4% next year.
