Asylum-seekers reach Republic through NI, says report

The majority of foreign nationals seeking asylum in the Republic enter the country across the border from the North, reports this morning claim.

The reports said an assessment of the cross-border organised crime threat would claim 80% of asylum-seekers in the Republic had entered the State via Northern Ireland.
