North parties enter second day of make-or-break negotiations

The North's political parties are beginning a second day of negotiations on the Irish peace process at Leeds Castle in Britain today.

Yesterday, the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and British Prime Minister Tony Blair both said the time had come for all sides to make final decisions to seal the peace in the North.
