Lawyers to put case for embattled judge

Lawyers representing embattled Judge Brian Curtin will tomorrow appear before the Oireachtas committee investigating his conduct.

They are expected to produce Judge Curtin’s medical records to support claims he is too ill to appear before the committee himself or to instruct his legal team.
