Immigrant group seeks appointment of Ethnic Affairs Minister

The Immigrant Council of Ireland has called for the establishment of a junior ministry with responsibility for immigration and ethnic affairs.

The call is part of a series of recommendations from the council ahead of the Government’s review of immigration policy.
