Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams has warned that the Leeds Castle talks later this month could be the final opportunity to make a breakthrough in the peace process.

Speaking ahead of talks with the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, in Dublin today, Mr Adams said that the peace process could be destroyed if all sides failed to agree a mechanism for the restoration of the North’s political institutions.
