PSNI warns of planned racist attacks in coming days

The PSNI has warned that racists in the North may be planning a series of attacks on racial minorities within the next few days.

The warning follows an upsurge in such attacks this year. Most have been concentrated in south Belfast, Dungannon, Armagh and a number of other locations.
