McGuinness optimistic about prospects for North deal

Sinn Féin’s Martin McGuinness has given an upbeat assessment of the prospects for agreement between his party and the DUP later this month.

Speaking in Belfast today, Mr McGuinness said the IRA was willing to address unionist concerns about its arms and activities and he remained convinced a deal was possible.
