It's hoped that an agreement on restoring devolution in Northern Ireland will be reached in a matter of weeks, according to Foreign Affairs Minister Brian Cowen.

Speaking at Stormont, Mr Cowen, said that both governments would meet at Leeds Castle on September 16 to discuss the prospects of finding a resolution.
