Health board criticises standard of care at Mosney centre
The North Eastern Health Board has reportedly criticised the standard of health services provided at the Mosney accommodation centre for asylum seekers in Co Meath.
Reports this morning said the health board had concluded that Mosney was not adequately meeting the healthcare needs of its 800 residents.
Non medically-managed circumstances and problems with the administration of some vaccines were highlighted as particular problems.
Mosney is the State’s largest accommodation centre for asylum seekers.
