Woman's body found in boot of car

The body of a woman has been found in the boot of a car on Cathal Brugha Street in Waterford City.

Gardaí have removed the vehicle containing the body to Tramore garda station.

There is speculation that the body may be that of a local woman who has been missing since earlier this week.
