SIPTU and Aer Lingus resume talks on redundancy plan

SIPTU and Aer Lingus are due to begin a third day of talks today about the airline’s plan to shed 1,325 jobs as part of a cost-cutting programme.

The talks were adjourned yesterday when the company requested further time to reflect on the issues discussed.
