The High Court today rejected an application to shut down a Dublin nursing home which a health board claimed had breached several regulations.

Ms Justice Mary Finlay-Geoghegan ruled that Rostrevor nursing home could remain open as the South Western Area Health Board had no powers under current legislation to close it.
