Aer Lingus workers offered €40,000 minimum redundancy

Aer Lingus workers have been offered a minimum of €40,000 to take voluntary redundancy under the company's new business plan.

Management have outlined their plan which aims to transform the national carrier into a low-fares airline by 2007.
