A&E re-opens in Cork

The Accident and Emergency department at Cork University Hospital is back up and running again today.

Flooding in the Bishopstown and Wilton area of the city led to the forced closure of the unit yesterday.

The X-Ray department, radiotherapy and a number of theatres were also affected by the severe flooding in the city.
