Irish Hurricane Charley victim released from hospital

A Derry man was released from hospital in Florida last night after he was injured in Hurricane Charley.

Electronics expert Sean Freeman was in Daytona when the hurricane hit, tossing his car 40 feet into the air.

His uncle Colm Magill said Sean was lucky to be alive after he was pulled from the wreckage by passers-by.
