A family escaped unharmed after shots were fired at their house in Northern Ireland, police said today.

A family escaped unharmed after shots were fired at their house in Northern Ireland, police said today.

Windows in the front and rear of the house in the Parkmore area of Craigavon were damaged during the shotgun attack at around 10.45pm last night.

A married couple and their child were in the house.

Detectives in Lurgan do not believe the shooting was sectarian.

They have asked anyone with information about the incident to help their investigation.
