Waterford United player-manager Alan Reynolds escaped uninjured after a brick was thrown through his car window after last night's two-all draw away to Bohemians in Dublin.

The Waterford star was leaving Dalymount Park after the game when Bohemians supporters gathered around his car and started throwing stones and other missiles.

It is just the latest sports related attack on a vehicle, after the Wexford camogie team's bus was burnt out last week in Drogheda.
