Gardaí name Galway accident victim

Gardaí have named a man killed in an accident in Galway in the early hours of this morning.

Matthew Berry, aged 20, from Caherlistrane, died when his car hit a tree near Tuam at 3.20am.

Five others were killed on the country's roads over the weekend, bringing total fatalities for this year to 192.
