Civil servants seek review of decentralisation plans

The Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants (AHCPS) has called on the Government to review its decentralisation plans.

The association, which represents civil servants at senior management grades, said the plans as they currently stood would lead to an erosion of standards in the public service.
