Tribunal orders parties to resubmit costs claims

The chairman of the Planning Tribunal has ordered 16 parties who were found to have hindered or obstructed the tribunal to resubmit their applications to have their costs paid by the State.

Judge Alan Mahon said the 16 parties must lodge fresh applications for costs within the next seven days.
