The chairman of the Planning Tribunal is reportedly due to deliver a ruling this morning on legal costs for people found to have hindered or obstructed the tribunal.

Reports this morning said Judge Alan Mahon had to decide whether to award costs to 16 parties, including former government minister Ray Burke, who was found to have received corrupt payments.
