Amnesty International has called on the Government to express its opposition to US foreign policies during President George Bush’s visit to Co Clare this weekend.

Sean Love, the director of Amnesty’s Irish branch, said Mr Bush’s visit was an ideal opportunity for the Government to relay the concerns of the Irish people.
