Martin: A&E problems 'not just about funding'

The Minister for Health Micheal Martin has said problems of overcrowding in Accident and Emergency departments are not just about funding, but about how the hospitals are managed.

With 150 patients now on trolleys in A&E departments around the country, the Irish Nurses Organisation has said staff are left in unsafe working environments.
