Dempsey wants to retain Education post

Noel Dempsey has said he wants to stay on as Minister for Education after the cabinet reshuffle planned for the autumn.

The Taoiseach confirmed his plans for a mid-term cabinet shake up after Fianna Fáil's poor performance in the local elections.
