Brain damaged child awarded €3.7m

A child who suffered brain damage at birth has been awarded €3.7m by the High Court.

Jamie Casey, through his parents Susan and Seamus, of Chapel Close in Balbriggan, sued the North Eastern Health Board for negligence, relating to his birth in October 2000.
