McDowell accused of misleading Dáil over Curtin

Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has accused Justice Minister Michael McDowell of misleading the Dáil over the appointment of Circuit Court Judge Brian Curtin to the Garda Appeals Board panel.

Mr Kenny told the Dáil today that Mr McDowell had failed to inform TDs about the appointment in August 2001.
