High Court action against Cork incinerator adjourned

A High Court application being made by residents in Ringaskiddy, Co Cork, attempting to reverse planning permission for an incinerator in the area has been adjourned for the third time.

The application, made by a group of 11 individuals and the Ringaskiddy Residents Association Ltd. was adjourned for three weeks.
