McDowell: Opposition unclear on 'no' vote impact
Opposition parties have failed to understand the arguments against proposed changes to the Constitution in the upcoming citizenship referendum, the Government claimed today.
Justice Minister Michael McDowell said parties campaigning against the changes had failed to grasp the implications a "No" vote would bring.
