Gardai appeal for witnesses to Portlaoise by-pass crash

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to an accident on Portlaoise by-pass.

The incident happened around a 12.15pm this afternoon when a Toyota Rav 4 crashed into the central reservation and ended up on the north-bound carriageway, injuring the driver and passenger.
