Taxpayers will pay for Govt negligence - McKenna

Green Party MEP, Patricia McKenna, has claimed that taxpayers will have to foot a bill of up to €50,000 if the Government does not implement EU environmental laws in this country.

Ms McKenna also stated that Ireland has a higher number of environmental complaints against it than any other EU country.
