Three bodies found in fire-damaged house in Co Kerry

Forensic tests were due to get underway today at a fire-damaged house in Co Kerry where the bodies of three people were discovered yesterday evening.

The 32-year-old man, 26-year-old woman and four-year-old baby boy are believed to have died from smoke inhalation during a fire at the house in Ardfert.

The blaze is believed to have started on Saturday or Sunday, but the victims were only found yesterday due to the remote location of the property.
