Irish rural dwellers among most optimistic in EU

Irish rural dwellers are among the most optimistic in Europe, according to an EU study published today.

The study found that people in rural areas of Denmark, Finland and Cyprus were the most optimistic about their future prospects, closely followed by the Irish.
