Cullen: 'Dublin has been transformed'

Recent regeneration projects mean that Dublin can boast some of the nicest places to live in Europe.

That is the view of Minister for the Environment Martin Cullen, who is criticising opposition parties for emphasising what is wrong with the capital in their election campaigns.
