Limerick men given fortnight to move out of area
A judge has given three Limerick men two weeks to move out of their home and the surrounding area.
Justice O’Donnell made the exclusion order following an application by Limerick City Council – the first of its kind made by the local authority.
The court today heard that the house, at 31 Hyde Avenue in the city, was being used as a base by feuding factions.
James Collins, Gary Keogh and Christopher McCarthy are set to appeal.
A spokesperson for the local authority expressed her approval at the decision, stating that it was not an easy decision for the council to make.
