Two quizzed over cannabis find

Two people were being questioned today after gardaí seized drugs with an estimated street value of €150,000.

The man and a woman were arrested after the planned search of a house at Ballyneety Road, Ballyfermot, west Dublin.

A hold-all bag containing cannabis was recovered by detectives following the operation at around 7.30pm last night.

A Garda spokesman said both the arrested people were in their thirties and were being detained under the Drug Trafficking Act at Ronanstown and Lucan Garda Stations.
