Mentally handicapped ‘widely discriminated against’

A pressure group representing the mentally handicapped has claimed that people with intellectual disabilities are widely discriminated against in the areas of jobs, housing and education.

NAMHI made the claim ahead of a conference in Dublin today to discuss ways to tackle such discrimination.
