Curtin illness delays Govt impeachment plan

The Government’s efforts to impeach Judge Brian Curtin appear to have run into difficulties due to his illness.

The judge’s lawyers have sent a letter to the Government saying their client is suffering from a psychiatric condition and is no longer able to instruct his legal team.
