Govt to change law after ruling on Garda speed guns

The Government has reportedly vowed to appeal any speeding cases that are dismissed on the basis of a court ruling earlier this year that said Garda speed guns were legally unreliable.

The ruling was issued at Cork District Court in a speeding case last March.
