The international healthcare group BUPA has reportedly decided not to hold a major conference in Dublin because of the Government’s workplace smoking ban.

Reports this morning said BUPA was originally planning to hold the conference in the Burlington Hotel, but had since switched it to Britain, where delegates would not have to go outside to smoke.
