Relatives call for help with 1974 bomb probe

The Justice for the Forgotten Group has called on the British government to co-operate fully with the investigation into the Dublin and Monaghan bombings.

Campaigners repeated their demands at a wreath-laying ceremony in Dublin to mark the 30th anniversary of the atrocities.

On this day in May 1974, 34 people lost their lives.

The atrocity occurred just 90 minutes after a bombing in Dublin killed 26 people, including a pregnant woman.

This morning the Taoiseach , Bertie Ahern, reiterated his commitment to finding out the truth about the bombings.
