Transport Minister Seamus Brennan has told the Mahon Tribunal that is satisfied he was not present at the now infamous meeting between property developer Tom Gilmartin and ministers at Leinster House in February 1989.

Transport Minister Seamus Brennan has told the Mahon Tribunal that is satisfied he was not present at the now infamous meeting between property developer Tom Gilmartin and ministers at Leinster House in February 1989.

Mr Brennan told the tribunal today that the first time he met Mr Gilmartin was in September 1989, when the Sligo-born developer was part of a delegation from the British firm Arlington that he met to discuss the Bachelor’s Walk project in Dublin.
