Govt seeks report from DPP on collapse of Curtin trial

The Government has requested a report from the Director of Public Prosecutions on the circumstances leading the collapse of the trial of Judge Brian Curtin.

The 52-year-old judge was acquitted of possessing child pornography last Friday because the search warrant used to search his home in May 2002 was out of date.
