Labour respond to Judge's intention to return to work

The Government is being called on to come out and state it is intended action on whether Judge Brian Curtin will be allowed to return to the bench.

Labour's Justice Spokesperson Joe Costello is responding to reports in today's papers that it is the judge's intention to return in the autumn.
