Greens, Labour and SF cycling in campaign against referendum

The Green Party says the Referendum Commission must be given adequate resources to inform the electorate before asking them to change the constitution's citizenship rules.

The Referendum Commission is an independent body set up to put both sides of the argument to the public before they vote.
