Hundreds attend Megan's funeral

More than 1,000 people have attended the funeral of murdered teenager Megan McAlorum near her family home in west Belfast.

The 16-year-old’s body was discovered in woodlands in Dunmurray, on the outskirts of Belfast, on Easter Monday.

She had died from head injuries.

A 16-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with her murder.
